Suspension or ban appeal

Every appeal is read against the audit log — the record of who issued the ban, when, and the reason they gave at the time. That record cannot be edited after the fact, which is what makes it worth reviewing.

You will get one of three answers: lifted, reduced, or upheld with the reasoning. “Upheld” always comes with why.

• A second account. Ban evasion turns a temporary suspension into a permanent one, and it is the easiest thing in the world for us to see.
• Sending the same appeal repeatedly. One appeal is read properly; five are read once. This form will not take a second one within a week.
• A chargeback. It does not lift a ban and it does end your plan.

Minecraft itself, your account, your worlds and your purchases from Mojang are untouched — we cannot affect any of them, and a Sour Client ban never asks anyone else to do anything.

Your saves, your skin and your Minecraft purchases are held by Mojang, not by us. Nothing here can reach them, and nothing here has.
